Service Description
This service includes the professional removal of braids or twists, followed by a relaxing steam shampoo, deep conditioning treatment, and a smooth blow dry to restore moisture and manageability to the hair. Please note: * Faux loc takedowns require additional time and care and will incur an additional $75 fee. * Trimming is not included but may be added as an upgrade for $25. * Pricing is determined by the size, complexity, and installation type of the style, as well as the condition of the natural hair (including matting or excessive new growth). Final pricing will be confirmed prior to or at the start of the service. * Service timing will vary depending on the style and removal complexity. All deposits are non-refundable 💜
Cancellation Policy
📋 SALON RULES (Read Before Booking) • 🌡️ Health: No appointments if you have a fever, cough, or signs of illness. Contactless temperature checks are conducted at the door. If symptoms are present, service will be terminated immediately and all payments remain final. Masks are strictly required. • ⏰ Cancellations: A strict 24–48 hour notice is required for all cancellations or changes. All payments are non-refundable. • 🚗 Late/No-Show: A 10-minute grace period is permitted. Arriving 15+ minutes late requires rescheduling and a $25 fee. No-shows will owe a $50 fee before any future booking is approved. • 💳 Payments: Cash is preferred for final balances. • 🚪 Suite Rules: No extra guests or children are permitted in the suite. Client assumes liability for any property damages, which will incur a $50+ fee. • 🛡️ Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service for health, safety, or behavioral disruptions.
