Service Description
Includes knot bleaching, hairline customization, and full unit construction. Measurements are required for proper fit. Hair is not included. Color services are available for an additional fee (price varies). • Turnaround: 5–7 business days once hair is in stock • Color add-on: +3–4 business days • Approval required: Photos/videos sent via email before release • Shipping: Worldwide shipping available with tracking provided • Pickup or install scheduling available after approval Please send reference photos for desired color and style. Cancellation Policy
💎Salon Policies 💎 • Please cancel or reschedule 24–48 hrs in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with notice. • Late arrivals: 15-min grace; $25 fee after. 30+ mins late requires rescheduling. • No-shows: $50 fee before next service. • Salon same day cancellations/notice: 10% credit to your next booked service as well as rescheduling the current appointment • Payments accepted: Cash, Card, Cash App, Apple Pay. • No extra guests; children MUST remain in the lobby if not serviced. Any spills or damage caused in the salon suite will incur a $35+ fee & will be due before the end of the appointment with your total. • Services will be refused for health, safety, or disruptive behavior. All Payments received are Non-refundable no exceptions ✨ • Booking confirms agreement to all policies, pricing, and service descriptions.
