Service Description
Includes knot bleaching, hairline customization, and full unit construction. Measurements are required for proper fit. Hair is not included. Color services are available for an additional fee (price varies). β’ Turnaround: 5β7 business days once hair is in stock β’ Color add-on: +3β4 business days β’ Approval required: Photos/videos sent via email before release β’ Shipping: Worldwide shipping available with tracking provided β’ Pickup or install scheduling available after approval Please send reference photos for desired color and style. Cancellation Policy
πOur Policies π β’ Please cancel or reschedule 24β48 hrs in advance. All payments are non-refundable but may be transferred. β’ Late arrivals: 15-min grace; $25 fee after. 30+ mins late requires rescheduling. β’ No-shows: $50 fee before next service. β’ Salon same day cancellations/notice: 10% credit to your next booked service as well as rescheduling the current appointment β’ Payments accepted: Cash (preferred), Cash App, Apple Pay. β’ No extra guests; children MUST remain in the lobby if not serviced. Any spills or damage caused in the salon suite will incur a $35+ fee & will be due with your total. β’ Services will be refused for health, safety, or disruptive behavior. By booking with us, you agree that photos/videos may be used for marketing and promotional purposes (face wonβt be used unless permitted) If you do not consent, please state this in the message/notes section when booking.
