For best results, electrotherapy treatments are recommended every 2–4 weeks, depending on the client’s scalp condition and hair goals. General guidelines: • Hair thinning or slow growth: 👉 Every 2 weeks for the first 6–8 weeks, then reassess • Dry scalp, dandruff, or poor circulation: 👉 Every 3–4 weeks • Maintenance & scalp wellness: 👉 Once monthly Consistency is key. Electrotherapy works best as part of a routine scalp care regimen, not a one-time service. Booking this session states that you agree with the service description and salon policy. All payments are non-refundable
Cancellation Policy
💎Salon Policies 💎 • Please cancel or reschedule 24–48 hrs in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with notice. • Late arrivals: 15-min grace; $25 fee after. 30+ mins late requires rescheduling. • No-shows: $50 fee before next service. • Salon same day cancellations/notice: 10% credit to your next booked service as well as rescheduling the current appointment • Payments accepted: Cash, Card, Cash App, Apple Pay. • No extra guests; children MUST remain in the lobby if not serviced. Any spills or damage caused in the salon suite will incur a $35+ fee & will be due before the end of the appointment with your total. • Services will be refused for health, safety, or disruptive behavior. All Payments received are Non-refundable no exceptions ✨ • Booking confirms agreement to all policies, pricing, and service descriptions.
