Lace Closure Install (sew-in)

Service Description

Please read before booking‼️ This install entails, shampooing and conditioning your natural hair for no extra cost, lace customization, sewing down the closure and tracks as well as styling (curling) of choice (bob cuts is $10 more) . Non-redundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your slot and the remaining balance will be due in cash,or cash app the day of your appointment . If you want to shampoo your own hair before coming, the price still remains . Regardless if you bring beauty supply hair, synthetic blend, or Virgin hair the price still remains . To shorten your intall time please bring your lace item the day before your appointment, I will ask for a picture of your lace that you will be bringing to see what im working with . I do recommend quality lace, per our collection in our store on this site we carry HD Lace, please allow 3-4 business days for your hair to arrive before your appointment. Anything that’s not HD or Swiss will not be installed. . If the hairline is super dense (wiggy) i will still customize it but for an extra fee of $50 due to more time being used . . Cancellation Policy

Customer must cancel 24-48 hrs before appointment, deposits are not refundable no exceptions. However you do have the option to reschedule your appointment. Also a 15 min grace period is permitted as long as you contact directly to communicate that you are running behind, after the 15 mins if you're still not present, you will have to pay a $20 tardy fee. If you arrive 30 mins past your scheduled appointment you will have to reschedule. We are totally fine with you coming minutes early to your appointment however you will still be service at the exact time you booked for. Missed appointments without prior notice impact the ability to accommodate other clients and maintain the high standards you deserve. therefore you will be charged a $25 no show fee and will be added to your next service (an invoice will be emailed and must be paid before coming to be serviced!) . In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel an appointment. If we cancel with less than 24hrs notice, we'll reschedule asap $ will offer 10% off of your next service. Please note that the remaining balance of your service will be due in CASH (please already have it with you we do not have an ATM on site) OR CASH APP OR APPLE PAY ONLY (WE DO NOT TAKE CARDS FOR THE REMAINING BALANCE). Please no extra people if they are not being serviced. Lastly, Please be advised that we have the right to refuse service in situations that pose a health and safety risk to the stylist and clients. This includes instances of lice, open wounds, contagious illnesses, skin infections, and aggressive behavior. also by booking the services is also indicating that you agree with the Deposits, pricing, as well as the service descriptions listed.
