Service Description
Please read before booking‼️✨ This install entails, shampooing and conditioning your natural hair for no extra cost, lace customization, as well as styling of choice . Non-redundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your slot and the remaining balance will be due in cash, card, Apple Pay or cash app the day of your appointment . . Regardless if you bring beauty supply hair, synthetic blend, or Virgin hair the price still remains . To shorten your intall time please bring your lace item the day before your appointment, I will ask for a picture of your lace that you will be bringing to see what im working with . I do recommend quality lace (HD,) for more of a sleek finish but if you bring something outside of that i will make it work. However if the lace is grey i will NOT INSTALL it, If the lace was previously customized by another stylist I will NOT install it 💜 . If the hairline is super dense (wiggy) i will still customize it but for an extra fee of $75 due to more time being used . . Cancellation Policy
💎Our Policies 💎 • Please cancel or reschedule 24–48 hrs in advance. All payments are non-refundable but may be transferred. • Late arrivals: 15-min grace; $25 fee after. 30+ mins late requires rescheduling. • No-shows: $50 fee before next service. • Salon same day cancellations/notice: 10% credit to your next booked service as well as rescheduling the current appointment • Payments accepted: Cash (preferred), Cash App, Apple Pay. • No extra guests; children MUST remain in the lobby if not serviced. Any spills or damage caused in the salon suite will incur a $35+ fee & will be due with your total. • Services will be refused for health, safety, or disruptive behavior. By booking with us, you agree that photos/videos may be used for marketing and promotional purposes (face won’t be used unless permitted) If you do not consent, please state this in the message/notes section when booking. For parent/guardian bookings, this consent applies to your child as well See you soon!
