Service Description
This service includes: • Steaming shampoo & deep conditioning (no extra cost) • Lace customization • Styling of your choice • Option to sew down the closure unit Deposit & Payment: • Non-refundable deposit required to secure your appointment. • Remaining balance due on the day of service. Requirements: • Bring your lace closure unit the day before; a photo will be requested, Hd Lace Required. • Grey lace will not be installed. • Dense (wiggy) hairlines incur $75 extra for customization. Clients may bring their own hair or purchase from our premium Royalty Divine Virgin Hair Collection. Hair from our collection can be pre-ordered—please allow at-least 3–5 business days for delivery prior to your appointment. Install duration may vary. By booking, you agree to all policies and service requirements.💜💎
Cancellation Policy
💎Our Policies 💎 • Please cancel or reschedule 24–48 hrs in advance. All payments are non-refundable but may be transferred. • Late arrivals: 15-min grace; $25 fee after. 30+ mins late requires rescheduling. • No-shows: $50 fee before next service. • Salon same day cancellations/notice: 10% credit to your next booked service as well as rescheduling the current appointment • Payments accepted: Cash (preferred), Cash App, Apple Pay. • No extra guests; children MUST remain in the lobby if not serviced. Any spills or damage caused in the salon suite will incur a $35+ fee & will be due with your total. • Services will be refused for health, safety, or disruptive behavior. By booking with us, you agree that photos/videos may be used for marketing and promotional purposes (face won’t be used unless permitted) If you do not consent, please state this in the message/notes section when booking.
