Luxury Loc Consultation & Assessment This premium consultation is designed for: • Clients beginning their loc journey • Clients with mature locs (2+ years) seeking to add color or make changes • First-time clients wanting a professional assessment to determine the exact care your locs need ✨ ✨ During this personalized consultation, we will: • Review your hair history and maintenance routine • Discuss your goals and desired results • Create a customized plan and pricing tailored to your hair 💎 Important Notes: • Consultation fee is non-refundable • By booking this service, you electronically agree to our consultation policies and terms This service ensures clients receive luxury guidance, expert recommendations, and a clear path to healthy, flawless locs ✨💜
Cancellation Policy
💎Salon Policies 💎 • Please cancel or reschedule 24–48 hrs in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with notice. • Late arrivals: 15-min grace; $25 fee after. 30+ mins late requires rescheduling. • No-shows: $50 fee before next service. • Salon same day cancellations/notice: 10% credit to your next booked service as well as rescheduling the current appointment • Payments accepted: Cash, Card, Cash App, Apple Pay. • No extra guests; children MUST remain in the lobby if not serviced. Any spills or damage caused in the salon suite will incur a $35+ fee & will be due before the end of the appointment with your total. • Services will be refused for health, safety, or disruptive behavior. All Payments received are Non-refundable no exceptions ✨ • Booking confirms agreement to all policies, pricing, and service descriptions.
