This service is designed for clients with 4–6 months of new growth and includes: • A hydrating shampoo • Basic conditioning treatment • Basic retwist with loc smithing — styling is not included 6-Month Deluxe Retwist Pricing Scale • Short Locs (chin to shoulder length): $160 ✅ • Medium Locs (shoulder to mid-back): $185 ✨ • Long Locs (mid-back to waist): $210 💎 • Extra Long Locs (waist+): $240 👑 💎 Pricing Notes: • Small or extra-small locs require $15 additional due to extra time and precision needed. • Locs smaller than medium-large size require $10 additional to account for the extra care and time required. 📸 Pre-Appointment Requirement: Once booked, you will be contacted to provide current photos and additional information about your locs. This ensures your service is tailored for precision and optimal results. 📞 Consultation Required: A consultation is required to determine the necessary service and can be conducted via text or in-person. • If consulting via text, please provide a current, clear photo of your hair before the appointment day. • Failure to provide a photo will result in the assumption that the service is no longer needed. 💳 Policy: All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation Policy
💎Salon Policies 💎 • Please cancel or reschedule 24–48 hrs in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with notice. • Late arrivals: 15-min grace; $25 fee after. 30+ mins late requires rescheduling. • No-shows: $50 fee before next service. • Salon same day cancellations/notice: 10% credit to your next booked service as well as rescheduling the current appointment • Payments accepted: Cash, Card, Cash App, Apple Pay. • No extra guests; children MUST remain in the lobby if not serviced. Any spills or damage caused in the salon suite will incur a $35+ fee & will be due before the end of the appointment with your total. • Services will be refused for health, safety, or disruptive behavior. All Payments received are Non-refundable no exceptions ✨ • Booking confirms agreement to all policies, pricing, and service descriptions.
