Service Description
This service is designed for clients with 7–9 months of new growth and includes: • A hydrating shampoo • Basic conditioning treatment • Basic retwist only — styling is not included 7–9 Month Retwist Pricing Scale • Short Locs (chin to shoulder length): $180 ✅ • Medium Locs (shoulder to mid-back): $210 ✨ • Long Locs (mid-back to waist): $240 💎 • Extra Long Locs (waist+): $275 👑 💎 Pricing Notes: • Small or extra-small locs require $15 additional due to extra time and precision needed. • Locs smaller than medium-large size also require $15 additional to account for the extra care and time. • Loc repairs are not included in this service and are available for $10 per loc. 📌 Service Selection: Please ensure you select the correct time-frame service when booking. If the incorrect service is booked, I will advise you of the correct service and pricing before beginning the appointment. All deposits are non-refundable, so selecting the correct service is essential. 📞 Consultation Required: A consultation is required to determine the appropriate service and can be conducted via text or in-person. • If consulting via text, please provide a current, clear photo of your hair before your appointment. • Failure to provide a photo will result in the assumption that the service is no longer needed and your appointment will be cancelled, the deposit will not be refunded. Cancellation Policy
💎Our Policies 💎 • Please cancel or reschedule 24–48 hrs in advance. All payments are non-refundable but may be transferred. • Late arrivals: 15-min grace; $25 fee after. 30+ mins late requires rescheduling. • No-shows: $50 fee before next service. • Salon same day cancellations/notice: 10% credit to your next booked service as well as rescheduling the current appointment • Payments accepted: Cash (preferred), Cash App, Apple Pay. • No extra guests; children MUST remain in the lobby if not serviced. Any spills or damage caused in the salon suite will incur a $35+ fee & will be due with your total. • Services will be refused for health, safety, or disruptive behavior. By booking with us, you agree that photos/videos may be used for marketing and promotional purposes (face won’t be used unless permitted) If you do not consent, please state this in the message/notes section when booking.
