Service Description
This service is designed for clients with 2β3 months of new growth, and includes: β’ A hydrating shampoo β’ Basic conditioning treatment β’ Retwist only β styling is not included Deluxe Retwist (2-3 Months New Growth) Pricing Scale β’ Short Locs (chin to shoulder length): $100 β β’ Medium Locs (shoulder to mid-back): $120 β¨ β’ Long Locs (mid-back to waist+): $140 π π Pricing Notes: β’ Small or extra-small locs require $10 additional due to extra time required. β’ If itβs been more than 3 months since your last retwist, please select the correct time frame in the locs section. β’ Additional adjustments (e.g., loc repairs at $10 per loc or , extra length & extra density) may affect final pricing. πΈ Pre-Appointment Requirement: Once booked, please send a current photo of your locs when prompted via text. β’ Failure to provide a photo on the same day of booking will result in appointment cancellation and the deposit will not be refunded. π³ Policy: All deposits and transactions are final β no exceptions. π Thank you for booking! Cancellation Policy
πOur Policies π β’ Please cancel or reschedule 24β48 hrs in advance. All payments are non-refundable but may be transferred. β’ Late arrivals: 15-min grace; $25 fee after. 30+ mins late requires rescheduling. β’ No-shows: $50 fee before next service. β’ Salon same day cancellations/notice: 10% credit to your next booked service as well as rescheduling the current appointment β’ Payments accepted: Cash (preferred), Cash App, Apple Pay. β’ No extra guests; children MUST remain in the lobby if not serviced. Any spills or damage caused in the salon suite will incur a $35+ fee & will be due with your total. β’ Services will be refused for health, safety, or disruptive behavior. By booking with us, you agree that photos/videos may be used for marketing and promotional purposes (face wonβt be used unless permitted) If you do not consent, please state this in the message/notes section when booking. For parent/guardian bookings, this consent applies to your child as well See you soon!
