Service Description
This service is designed for clients with 2–3 months of new growth, and includes: • A hydrating shampoo • Basic conditioning treatment • Retwist only — styling is not included Deluxe Retwist (2-3 Months New Growth) Pricing Scale • Short Locs (chin to shoulder length): $100 ✅ • Medium Locs (shoulder to mid-back): $120 ✨ • Long Locs (mid-back to waist+): $140 💎 💎 Pricing Notes: • Small or extra-small locs require $10 additional due to extra time required. • If it’s been more than 3 months since your last retwist, please select the correct time frame in the locs section. • Additional adjustments (e.g., loc repairs at $10 per loc or , extra length & extra density) may affect final pricing. 📸 Pre-Appointment Requirement: Once booked, please send a current photo of your locs when prompted via text. • Failure to provide a photo on the same day of booking will result in appointment cancellation and the deposit will not be refunded. 💳 Policy: All deposits and transactions are final — no exceptions. 💕 Thank you for booking! Cancellation Policy
💎Our Policies 💎 • Please cancel or reschedule 24–48 hrs in advance. All payments are non-refundable but may be transferred. • Late arrivals: 15-min grace; $25 fee after. 30+ mins late requires rescheduling. • No-shows: $50 fee before next service. • Salon same day cancellations/notice: 10% credit to your next booked service as well as rescheduling the current appointment • Payments accepted: Cash (preferred), Cash App, Apple Pay. • No extra guests; children MUST remain in the lobby if not serviced. Any spills or damage caused in the salon suite will incur a $35+ fee & will be due with your total. • Services will be refused for health, safety, or disruptive behavior. By booking with us, you agree that photos/videos may be used for marketing and promotional purposes (face won’t be used unless permitted) If you do not consent, please state this in the message/notes section when booking. For parent/guardian bookings, this consent applies to your child as well See you soon!
