This service includes a relaxing shampoo, a professional retwist, and a polished style. 💎 Pricing: The listed price reflects the starting investment and may vary based on: • Hair length • Number of locs • Size and density of locs If any adjustments are needed, I will communicate additional fees upfront before starting your service. 📸 Pro Tip for an Accurate Quote: Send a clear photo of your locs prior to your appointment — this allows for a more precise estimate. If no photo is sent the same day of booking, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will not be refunded Retwist + Style Pricing (2–3 Months New Growth, base prices🚨) • Short Hair (chin–shoulder length): $115 • Medium Hair (shoulder–mid-back): $135 • Long Hair (mid-back–waist length): $155 • Extra Long Hair (waist+): $175 💳 Payment: Full payment is collected before the end of your appointment via cash, card, Cash App, or Apple Pay. ⏱ Additional Notes: • If it has been more than 4 months since your last retwist, or if new growth exceeds 2–2½ inches, an additional fee applies per our retwist service guidelines. • Loc repairs are not included in this service but may be added to your ticket as needed ($10 per loc). Also loose curly hair that needs to be crocheted into your locs using a crochet hook, an additional $50 fee will apply due to the additional time and detail required to properly install and secure the hair. Cancellation Policy
📋 SALON RULES (Read Before Booking) • 🌡️ Health: No appointments if you have a fever, cough, or signs of illness. Contactless temperature checks are conducted at the door. If symptoms are present, service will be terminated immediately and all payments remain final. Masks are strictly required. • ⏰ Cancellations: A strict 24–48 hour notice is required for all cancellations or changes. All payments are non-refundable. • 🚗 Late/No-Show: A 10-minute grace period is permitted. Arriving 15+ minutes late requires rescheduling and a $25 fee. No-shows will owe a $50 fee before any future booking is approved. • 💳 Payments: Cash is preferred for final balances. • 🚪 Suite Rules: No extra guests or children are permitted in the suite. Client assumes liability for any property damages, which will incur a $50+ fee. • 🛡️ Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service for health, safety, or behavioral disruptions.
