Cancellation Policy
📋 SALON RULES (Read Before Booking) • 🌡️ Health: No appointments if you have a fever, cough, or signs of illness. Contactless temperature checks are conducted at the door. If symptoms are present, service will be terminated immediately and all payments remain final. Masks are strictly required. • ⏰ Cancellations: A strict 24–48 hour notice is required for all cancellations or changes. All payments are non-refundable. • 🚗 Late/No-Show: A 10-minute grace period is permitted. Arriving 15+ minutes late requires rescheduling and a $25 fee. No-shows will owe a $50 fee before any future booking is approved. • 💳 Payments: Cash is preferred for final balances. • 🚪 Suite Rules: No extra guests or children are permitted in the suite.
