This service is designed to professionally apply our crème-based relaxer to the new growth only — typically 1 to 1½ inches along the hair shaft — ensuring proper maintenance while preserving the integrity of previously processed hair. ✨ This luxury chemical maintenance experience includes: • Precision relaxer application to new growth • A nourishing deep conditioning treatment • A customized precision cut • Styling of choice 💎 Please note: the listed price reflects a base investment and may increase depending on hair density, length, time required, additional product usage, or if new growth exceeds 1½ inches. ⏱ This pricing applies to clients with 2–3 months of new growth only. If it has been more than 4 months since your last relaxer retouch, please select the Virgin Relaxer Service instead. 💎 A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. ✂️ Deep conditioning and trim are automatically included in the base investment. ‼️ Important Consultation Policy A consultation is required and must be completed prior to booking any chemical service — no exceptions. If this service is booked before a consultation has been completed, you will be contacted via email with the consultation fee. Any applicable difference will be refunded accordingly. 💜 Consultation fees are non-refundable. No exceptions. Cancellation Policy
💎Salon Policies 💎 • Please cancel or reschedule 24–48 hrs in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with notice. • Late arrivals: 15-min grace; $25 fee after. 30+ mins late requires rescheduling. • No-shows: $50 fee before next service. • Salon same day cancellations/notice: 10% credit to your next booked service as well as rescheduling the current appointment • Payments accepted: Cash, Card, Cash App, Apple Pay. • No extra guests; children MUST remain in the lobby if not serviced. Any spills or damage caused in the salon suite will incur a $35+ fee & will be due before the end of the appointment with your total. • Services will be refused for health, safety, or disruptive behavior. All Payments received are Non-refundable no exceptions ✨ • Booking confirms agreement to all policies, pricing, and service descriptions.
