This service is designed to professionally apply our crΓ¨me-based relaxer to the new growth only β typically 1 to 1Β½ inches along the hair shaft β ensuring proper maintenance while preserving the integrity of previously processed hair. β¨ This luxury chemical maintenance experience includes: β’ Precision relaxer application to new growth β’ A nourishing deep conditioning treatment β’ A customized precision cut β’ Styling of choice π Please note: the listed price reflects a base investment and may increase depending on hair density, length, time required, additional product usage, or if new growth exceeds 1Β½ inches. β± This pricing applies to clients with 2β3 months of new growth only. If it has been more than 4 months since your last relaxer retouch, please select the Virgin Relaxer Service instead. π A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. βοΈ Deep conditioning and trim are automatically included in the base investment. βΌοΈ Important Consultation Policy A consultation is required and must be completed prior to booking any chemical service β no exceptions. If this service is booked before a consultation has been completed, you will be contacted via email with the consultation fee. Any applicable difference will be refunded accordingly. π Consultation fees are non-refundable. No exceptions. Cancellation Policy
π SALON RULES (Read Before Booking) β’ π‘οΈ Health: No appointments if you have a fever, cough, or signs of illness. Contactless temperature checks are conducted at the door. If symptoms are present, service will be terminated immediately and all payments remain final. Masks are strictly required. β’ β° Cancellations: A strict 24β48 hour notice is required for all cancellations or changes. All payments are non-refundable. β’ π Late/No-Show: A 10-minute grace period is permitted. Arriving 15+ minutes late requires rescheduling and a $25 fee. No-shows will owe a $50 fee before any future booking is approved. β’ π³ Payments: Cash is preferred for final balances. β’ πͺ Suite Rules: No extra guests or children are permitted in the suite. Client assumes liability for any property damages, which will incur a $50+ fee. β’ π‘οΈ Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service for health, safety, or behavioral disruptions.
