This service is exclusively designed for clients with completely virgin natural hair that has never been chemically processed. A professional crΓ¨me-based relaxer is used to safely transition the hair from coily to straight while prioritizing hair health and integrity. Please be advised: a relaxer retouch will be required every 4β8 weeks, depending on the rate of new growth, to properly maintain results. β¨ This luxury chemical service includes: β’ A professional relaxer application β’ An intensive deep conditioning treatment β’ A customized precision cut (blunt, layered bob, etc.) β’ Styling of choice β± Processing time varies based on hair texture, density, and responsiveness. π All pricing reflects a base investment and may increase depending on length, density, and additional product usage. βΌοΈ Important Consultation Policy A consultation is required and must be completed before any chemical service is rendered β no exceptions. If this service is booked prior to completing a consultation, you will be contacted via email with the consultation fee. Any applicable difference will be refunded accordingly. π Consultation fees are non-refundable. No exceptions. Cancellation Policy
πOur Policies π β’ Please cancel or reschedule 24β48 hrs in advance. All payments are non-refundable but may be transferred. β’ Late arrivals: 15-min grace; $25 fee after. 30+ mins late requires rescheduling. β’ No-shows: $50 fee before next service. β’ Salon same day cancellations/notice: 10% credit to your next booked service as well as rescheduling the current appointment β’ Payments accepted: Cash (preferred), Cash App, Apple Pay. β’ No extra guests; children MUST remain in the lobby if not serviced. Any spills or damage caused in the salon suite will incur a $35+ fee & will be due with your total. β’ Services will be refused for health, safety, or disruptive behavior. By booking with us, you agree that photos/videos may be used for marketing and promotional purposes (face wonβt be used unless permitted) If you do not consent, please state this in the message/notes section when booking.
