This service is reserved for clients with completely virgin hair or for those whose last relaxer retouch was performed more than four months ago. ✨ This luxury chemical service includes: • A professional relaxer application • A nourishing deep conditioning treatment • A precision trim • Styling to your desired finish ✂️ If you are seeking a bob cut, please select the Bob + Relaxer Service within this same category. 💎 Please note: If, during your appointment, it is determined that a cut beyond a standard trim is necessary, this will be professionally explained prior to proceeding. The service will continue only once approval is given. ‼️ Consultation Policy A consultation is required and must be completed prior to booking any chemical service — no exceptions. If this service is booked before a consultation has been completed, you will be contacted via email with the consultation fee. Any applicable difference will be refunded accordingly. 💜 Consultation fees are non-refundable. No exceptions. Cancellation Policy
💎Our Policies 💎 • Please cancel or reschedule 24–48 hrs in advance. All payments are non-refundable but may be transferred. • Late arrivals: 15-min grace; $25 fee after. 30+ mins late requires rescheduling. • No-shows: $50 fee before next service. • Salon same day cancellations/notice: 10% credit to your next booked service as well as rescheduling the current appointment • Payments accepted: Cash (preferred), Cash App, Apple Pay. • No extra guests; children MUST remain in the lobby if not serviced. Any spills or damage caused in the salon suite will incur a $35+ fee & will be due with your total. • Services will be refused for health, safety, or disruptive behavior. By booking with us, you agree that photos/videos may be used for marketing and promotional purposes (face won’t be used unless permitted) If you do not consent, please state this in the message/notes section when booking.
