Service Description
Includes steam shampoo & deep conditioning, lace customization, and styling of choice. • Non-refundable deposit required; remaining balance due day of service (Cash or Cash App). • To shorten install time, bring lace wig & bundles the day before. A photo of your lace will be requested. • HD lace recommended for best results. Grey lace will NOT be installed. • Extra-dense (wiggy) hairlines require additional customization: +$75. • Install time may vary. Clients may bring their own hair or purchase from our premium Royalty Divine Virgin Hair Collection. Hair from our collection can be pre-ordered—please allow at-least 3–5 business days for delivery prior to your appointment. By booking, you agree to all service descriptions and salon policies.
Cancellation Policy
💎Salon Policies 💎 • Please cancel or reschedule 24–48 hrs in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with notice. • Late arrivals: 15-min grace; $25 fee after. 30+ mins late requires rescheduling. • No-shows: $50 fee before next service. • Salon same day cancellations/notice: 10% credit to your next booked service as well as rescheduling the current appointment • Payments accepted: Cash, Card, Cash App, Apple Pay. • No extra guests; children MUST remain in the lobby if not serviced. Any spills or damage caused in the salon suite will incur a $35+ fee & will be due before the end of the appointment with your total. • Services will be refused for health, safety, or disruptive behavior. All Payments received are Non-refundable no exceptions ✨ • Booking confirms agreement to all policies, pricing, and service descriptions.
