Service Description
This service includes: • Relaxing Steam Shampoo and deep conditioning • Lace customization • Sewing down the closure and tracks • Styling of your choice (curling included; bob cuts +$15) Deposit & Payment: • A non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your slot. • Remaining balance due day of appointment via Cash, Apple Pay, or Cash App. Hair & Lace Requirements: • Quality Virgin Hair from our Collection Royalty Divine Virgin Hair is Recommended and preferred. (Pre -order available , please allow 3-5business days for your hair to arrive ) • To shorten install time, bring your lace closure the day before. A photo of your lace will be requested prior to your appointment to prepare properly if your hair is not from our collection. • Only HD lace is accepted. Please allow 3-5business days for arrival if ordering from our store. • If the hairline is very dense (wiggy), customization is still available for an additional $75 due to extra time if the hair is lot from our collection Timing & Notes: • Install duration may vary depending on hair type, length, and density. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to all policies, deposits, pricing, and service requirements.
Cancellation Policy
💎Salon Policies 💎 • Please cancel or reschedule 24–48 hrs in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with notice. • Late arrivals: 15-min grace; $25 fee after. 30+ mins late requires rescheduling. • No-shows: $50 fee before next service. • Salon same day cancellations/notice: 10% credit to your next booked service as well as rescheduling the current appointment • Payments accepted: Cash, Card, Cash App, Apple Pay. • No extra guests; children MUST remain in the lobby if not serviced. Any spills or damage caused in the salon suite will incur a $35+ fee & will be due before the end of the appointment with your total. • Services will be refused for health, safety, or disruptive behavior. All Payments received are Non-refundable no exceptions ✨ • Booking confirms agreement to all policies, pricing, and service descriptions.
