✨ This premium maintenance experience includes: • Relaxing steam shampoo • Conditioning treatment • Precise retightening of microlocs • Styling included, if desired 💎 Pricing: • The listed price is the base rate and may vary depending on length, new growth, density, or additional needs. • For newly installed locs, we highly recommend regular reties every 4–6 weeks to maintain healthy locs until they mature. 📞 Consultation Required: A consultation is necessary to determine the best approach for your locs and can be conducted via text or in-person. • If consulting via text, please provide a current, clear photo of your hair prior to your appointment. • Failure to provide a photo will result in the assumption that the service is no longer needed. Cancellation Policy
💎Salon Policies 💎 • Please cancel or reschedule 24–48 hrs in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with notice. • Late arrivals: 15-min grace; $25 fee after. 30+ mins late requires rescheduling. • No-shows: $50 fee before next service. • Salon same day cancellations/notice: 10% credit to your next booked service as well as rescheduling the current appointment • Payments accepted: Cash, Card, Cash App, Apple Pay. • No extra guests; children MUST remain in the lobby if not serviced. Any spills or damage caused in the salon suite will incur a $35+ fee & will be due before the end of the appointment with your total. • Services will be refused for health, safety, or disruptive behavior. All Payments received are Non-refundable no exceptions ✨ • Booking confirms agreement to all policies, pricing, and service descriptions.
