Service Description
Recurl / Curl Correction — Returning Clients Only This service is exclusively for returning clients who have received the initial Jheri Curl service and have an area(s) where the curl did not process properly. This corrective service must be performed within 2 weeks of the original Jheri Curl service. Only the areas that did not curl properly will be re-rolled, and curl booster will be applied to those areas only. Processing time may vary based on the hair and the area being corrected. After processing, the hair will be thoroughly rinsed, neutralized, and conditioned. A chemical service waiver must be completed before the service is performed. If the hair requires additional shaping or evening out after the curl correction, a haircut/trim may also be performed as part of the service. Please do not book this service unless you have previously received your initial Jheri Curl service with Goddess Touch Studio and have been instructed to return for a curl correction
Cancellation Policy
📋 SALON RULES (Read Before Booking) • 🌡️ Health: No appointments if you have a fever, cough, or signs of illness. Contactless temperature checks are conducted at the door. If symptoms are present, service will be terminated immediately and all payments remain final. Masks are strictly required. • ⏰ Cancellations: A strict 24–48 hour notice is required for all cancellations or changes. All payments are non-refundable. • 🚗 Late/No-Show: A 10-minute grace period is permitted. Arriving 15+ minutes late requires rescheduling and a $25 fee. No-shows will owe a $50 fee before any future booking is approved. • 💳 Payments: Cash is preferred for final balances. • 🚪 Suite Rules: No extra guests or children are permitted in the suite. Client assumes liability for any property damages, which will incur a $50+ fee. • 🛡️ Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service for health, safety, or behavioral disruptions.
