10–12 Month Deluxe Retwist with Styling This premium service is designed for clients with 10–12 months of new growth and includes: • Hydrating shampoo • Basic conditioning treatment • Basic retwist with styling 💎 Pricing Notes: • Small or extra-small locs: +$15 due to precision and extra time • Locs below medium-large size: +$15 for additional time and care • Locs past mid-back: +$20 for extended length and handling • Loc repairs are not included; repairs available for $10 per loc • All transactions are non-refundable 📌 Service Selection: Please select the correct time-frame service when booking. Cancellation Policy
💎Salon Policies 💎 • Please cancel or reschedule 24–48 hrs in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with notice. • Late arrivals: 15-min grace; $25 fee after. 30+ mins late requires rescheduling. • No-shows: $50 fee before next service. • Salon same day cancellations/notice: 10% credit to your next booked service as well as rescheduling the current appointment • Payments accepted: Cash, Card, Cash App, Apple Pay. • No extra guests; children MUST remain in the lobby if not serviced. Any spills or damage caused in the salon suite will incur a $35+ fee & will be due before the end of the appointment with your total. • Services will be refused for health, safety, or disruptive behavior. Clients are allowed one complimentary Appt All Payments received are Non-refundable no exceptions ✨ • Booking confirms agreement to all policies, pricing, and service descriptions.
