Service Description
This maintenance service is exclusively for clients who received a virgin relaxer or relaxer retouch with Goddess Yana 2–3 weeks prior. It is designed to support a bi-weekly upkeep routine, allowing you to maintain the health, movement, and polish of your hair with minimal at-home styling. To qualify for this service, clients must maintain consistent appointments every 2–3 weeks (maximum) to keep the hair properly trained and preserved. Appointments booked beyond the 3-week mark will require selecting the Silk Press, Deep Conditioning & Trim service instead. ✨ This luxury maintenance experience includes: • A relaxing, thorough shampoo • An intensive deep conditioning treatment • A smooth, polished blow-dry • Professional styling This service is ideal for clients committed to consistency, hair health, and effortless maintenance ✨
Cancellation Policy
💎Our Policies 💎 • Please cancel or reschedule 24–48 hrs in advance. All payments are non-refundable but may be transferred. • Late arrivals: 15-min grace; $25 fee after. 30+ mins late requires rescheduling. • No-shows: $50 fee before next service. • Salon same day cancellations/notice: 10% credit to your next booked service as well as rescheduling the current appointment • Payments accepted: Cash (preferred), Cash App, Apple Pay. • No extra guests; children MUST remain in the lobby if not serviced. Any spills or damage caused in the salon suite will incur a $35+ fee & will be due with your total. • Services will be refused for health, safety, or disruptive behavior. By booking with us, you agree that photos/videos may be used for marketing and promotional purposes (face won’t be used unless permitted) If you do not consent, please state this in the message/notes section when booking.
