Trim is included if needed. For clients with denser hair, additional color bowls will be needed ($20 per extra bowl), ensuring every strand receives perfect coverage. Cancellation Policy
πOur Policies π β’ Please cancel or reschedule 24β48 hrs in advance. All payments are non-refundable but may be transferred. β’ Late arrivals: 15-min grace; $25 fee after. 30+ mins late requires rescheduling. β’ No-shows: $50 fee before next service. β’ Salon same day cancellations/notice: 10% credit to your next booked service as well as rescheduling the current appointment β’ Payments accepted: Cash (preferred), Cash App, Apple Pay. β’ No extra guests; children MUST remain in the lobby if not serviced. Any spills or damage caused in the salon suite will incur a $35+ fee & will be due with your total. β’ Services will be refused for health, safety, or disruptive behavior. By booking with us, you agree that photos/videos may be used for marketing and promotional purposes (face wonβt be used unless permitted) If you do not consent, please state this in the message/notes section when booking.
