Trim is included if needed. For clients with denser hair, additional color bowls will be needed ($20 per extra bowl), ensuring every strand receives perfect coverage. Your experience is fully customized: • Pricing starts at the listed base and may vary based on length, density, color complexity, and product use • Timing is tailored for your hair, accounting for processing, conditioning, and styling, so you receive a calm, unhurried luxury experience Consultation & Deposit: • A consultation is required prior to booking to craft your ideal color vision $35 • A non-refundable deposit secures your VIP appointment, with the remaining balance due on the day of service This is more than color — it’s transformative, luxurious & healing for your hair, designed for those who value exquisite results, precision, and elevated care 💎✨💜
Cancellation Policy
💎Our Policies 💎 • Please cancel or reschedule 24–48 hrs in advance. All payments are non-refundable but may be transferred. • Late arrivals: 15-min grace; $25 fee after. 30+ mins late requires rescheduling. • No-shows: $50 fee before next service. • Salon same day cancellations/notice: 10% credit to your next booked service as well as rescheduling the current appointment • Payments accepted: Cash (preferred), Cash App, Apple Pay. • No extra guests; children MUST remain in the lobby if not serviced. Any spills or damage caused in the salon suite will incur a $35+ fee & will be due with your total. • Services will be refused for health, safety, or disruptive behavior. By booking with us, you agree that photos/videos may be used for marketing and promotional purposes (face won’t be used unless permitted) If you do not consent, please state this in the message/notes section when booking.
