Service Description
This service includes a relaxing shampoo, deep conditioning treatment, blow-dry, silk press styling, and a mandatory trim using our professional product system and techniques to reduce frizz and promote hair health. Pricing listed is a base price and may vary based on hair length and density. After booking, you will receive a text requesting a photo of your current natural hair. Failure to submit the photo on the same day of booking will result in forfeiture of your appointment and deposit. This service is available for natural or relaxed hair only. For new clients, if excessive damage or compromised ends are present and a trim is declined, service will be refused to maintain hair integrity. All transactions are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
💎Salon Policies 💎 • Please cancel or reschedule 24–48 hrs in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with notice. • Late arrivals: 15-min grace; $25 fee after. 30+ mins late requires rescheduling. • No-shows: $50 fee before next service. • Salon same day cancellations/notice: 10% credit to your next booked service as well as rescheduling the current appointment • Payments accepted: Cash, Card, Cash App, Apple Pay. • No extra guests; children MUST remain in the lobby if not serviced. Any spills or damage caused in the salon suite will incur a $35+ fee & will be due before the end of the appointment with your total. • Services will be refused for health, safety, or disruptive behavior. All Payments received are Non-refundable no exceptions ✨ • Booking confirms agreement to all policies, pricing, and service descriptions.
