Service Description
This is for all clients who wants to embark on a sacred journey 🥰 wether it’s your first time or you’re coming back and starting over we got you! This includes a shampoo and good deep steam conditioning to hydrate your strands , either coils or the two strand method Please note: I use the square/grid method only for parting The price is based off of density and length and is the starting price A consultation is required to determine the necessary service, which can be conducted via text or in-person. If consulting via text, please provide a current picture of your hair before the appointment day. Failure to do so will result in the assumption that the service is no longer needed. 💜✨ All deposits and transactions are non refundable
Cancellation Policy
Customer must cancel 24-48 hrs before appointment, deposits are not refundable no exceptions. However you do have the option to reschedule your appointment. Also a 15 min grace period is permitted as long as you contact directly to communicate that you are running behind, after the 15 mins if you're still not present, you will have to pay a $20 tardy fee. If you arrive 30 mins past your scheduled appointment you will have to reschedule. We are totally fine with you coming minutes early to your appointment however you will still be service at the exact time you booked for. Missed appointments without prior notice impact the ability to accommodate other clients and maintain the high standards you deserve. therefore you will be charged a $25 no show fee and will be added to your next service (an invoice will be emailed and must be paid before coming to be serviced!) . In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel an appointment. If we cancel with less than 24hrs notice, we'll reschedule asap $ will offer 10% off of your next service. Please note that the remaining balance of your service will be due in CASH (please already have it with you we do not have an ATM on site) OR CASH APP OR APPLE PAY ONLY (WE DO NOT TAKE CARDS FOR THE REMAINING BALANCE). Please no extra people if they are not being serviced. Lastly, Please be advised that we have the right to refuse service in situations that pose a health and safety risk to the stylist and clients. This includes instances of lice, open wounds, contagious illnesses, skin infections, and aggressive behavior. also by booking the services is also indicating that you agree with the Deposits, pricing, as well as the service descriptions listed.
