Service Description
This service will consist of shampoo, basic conditioning and a twist out style for natural hair, trimming for your ends is not included unless requested for an extra fee of $15, this is the base price and can be more based off of density as well as the length . You have the option of coils also . A deposit is required (non-refundable) . No extra people if they are not being serviced, well mannered children are allowed 💜 . .
Cancellation Policy
💎Salon Policies 💎 • Please cancel or reschedule 24–48 hrs in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with notice. • Late arrivals: 15-min grace; $25 fee after. 30+ mins late requires rescheduling. • No-shows: $50 fee before next service. • Salon same day cancellations/notice: 10% credit to your next booked service as well as rescheduling the current appointment • Payments accepted: Cash, Card, Cash App, Apple Pay. • No extra guests; children MUST remain in the lobby if not serviced. Any spills or damage caused in the salon suite will incur a $35+ fee & will be due before the end of the appointment with your total. • Services will be refused for health, safety, or disruptive behavior. All Payments received are Non-refundable no exceptions ✨ • Booking confirms agreement to all policies, pricing, and service descriptions.
