Cancellation Policy

📋 SALON RULES (Read Before Booking) • 🌡️ Health: No appointments if you have a fever, cough, or signs of illness. Contactless temp checks at the door. If sick, service ends & payment is final. • ⏰ Cancellations: 24–48 hr notice required. All payments are non-refundable • 🚗 Late/No-Show: 10-min grace. 20+ mins late requires rescheduling + $25 fee. No-shows owe a $50 fee before rebooking. • 💳 Payments: Cash or Card only. • 🚪 Suite Rules: No extra guests. Children must stay in the lobby if not serviced. Spills/damages incur a $50+ fee due with total. • 🛡️ Right of Refusal: Services refused for health, safety, or disruption. All sales FINAL.
